The Games

What we’re building: a boss-fight epic about toppling kings who never saw it coming, and a family app that ends screen-time fights before they start.

Crush the Kings

Our flagship title: a colorful, chunky 3D boss-battler built for kids — and anyone who still plays like one. Run through big bright worlds as your own avatar, smash everything smashable, and take down the king waiting at the end of every stage. Three stage bosses, each with its own cinematic trailer before the game ships. Boss Trailer #1 is in production now.

Cool-Down Bridge

Not a game — the bridge out of one. Cool-Down Bridge helps parents set gentle screen-time limits for the games and videos kids love, like Roblox and YouTube, so “five more minutes” stops being a nightly boss fight of its own.

  • 1
A cool-down, not a cut-offWhen time’s up, kids take on a short calming mission — bubble popping first, with flower petals, pattern tracing, and quizzes on the way — instead of getting yanked out mid-match.
  • 2
Missions that countEvery mission has anti-idle rules, finishing one earns credits toward rewards you agreed on together, and parents get a push notification when it’s done.

The Studio

V FOR IV STUDIOS is a games and apps studio of DOTEKI, INC., based in Granada Hills, Los Angeles. We make colorful boss-fight games about impossible odds — one very small hero against kings the size of city blocks, where every fall is just the trailer for the comeback.

Our flagship, Crush the Kings, is in active development for Roblox now, with a cinematic trailer for each of its three bosses rolling out ahead of launch. Our first mobile app, Cool-Down Bridge — in development for Android & iOS — grows out of the same obsession — how players, especially young ones, spend time inside games.

Hide it wellSmall details, honestly hidden, reward the players who obsess. If everyone finds it in a minute, it wasn’t worth finding.
  • II
Fail forwardFailure is a mechanic, not a wall. Every fall to a boss teaches its rhythm — the run that kills the king starts with the runs that didn’t.
  • III
Ship the trailer earlyWe build in public. When a game hits 90%, its trailer is already out in the world finding its audience.

Meet Logan

Logan is our studio mascot — and the hero of the Crush the Kings trailers. He’s an ordinary kid from an ordinary neighborhood who keeps running into extraordinary situations. Living proof you don’t have to be big to crush a king.
